MEDnoTE - siCURO

siCURO is a WEB platform that allows the creation of a shared network of clinical and biological data of cancer patients. The information entered by the requesting doctor (specialist doctor or general practitioner) is evaluated by the specialists dedicated to the treatment of cancer of two health structures of excellence, the ASST of Cremona and the Memorial Sloane Kettering Cancer Center in New York, which return the their "second opinions".
In practice, the opinion of the Evaluation Teams will be linked to the need or not to carry out diagnostic (radiological, mutation, genetic / genomic tests) or therapeutic procedures to better manage the approach to the management of the assessed cancer disease at 360 °.
The goal of the "second opinion" is to provide the patient with the best possible therapeutic strategy based on targeted clinical or biological indications: a necessary response to choose the correct therapy.
