Magoot is designed to simplify the work of professionals who are looking for a convenient way to organize their orders and projects, wherever they are. Thanks to the Magoot app, the digitization of inspections is now simple, immediate and within reach.

Manage Reports, Observations and Notes:
Magoot allows you to manage inspections simply and immediately, adding reports, observations, photos, videos and audio notes.
Additionally, you have the flexibility to dictate information to the device or write it with a stylus, giving you complete control over the content and efficient information entry.

Capture Photos and Videos with Voice Annotations:
Magoot makes it easy to collect visual evidence during the inspection. Leverage your mobile device to capture photographs, record videos and voice annotations directly on the construction site. These elements will be immediately attached to the inspection reports, providing complete and detailed visual documentation.

Digital Signatures for Precise Tracking:
Magoot offers a digital solution for collecting signatures from inspection participants. You can select those present from the list of subjects linked to the order and have them sign directly on your device. Each signature is automatically recorded with date and time, guaranteeing authenticity and traceability of attendance. This simplifies verification and ensures accurate documentation of participant signatures.

Automatic Generation of Reports in PDF:
Forget the tedious manual drafting of construction site reports. Magoot automatically generates the report in PDF format, with a personalized header containing the data of your office or professional, together with the relevant information of the inspection, such as date, time, place and duration. This way, reports, photos and signatures are organized clearly and professionally within the minutes, saving you precious time.
