Lab.SAN is the app designed for analysis laboratories that want to centralize and simplify the management of their analytical instruments.

- For each instrument, you can manage all operational information in a structured way: manufacturer, supplier, serial number, contact information for specialists, technicians, sales representatives, and technical support contacts, both telephone and online.

- Document repository
Each instrument has a section for uploading and consulting contracts, price lists, certifications, technical data sheets, user and maintenance manuals, and all other instrument-related documentation. Each document can be previewed and downloaded.

- Artificial intelligence
You can make requests about the user and maintenance manual using artificial intelligence, for example, to extract information on maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting. The AI ​​only acts on the manual, ensuring a specific response.

- Scheduled and extraordinary maintenance
Schedule routine maintenance with customizable frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and more) using an integrated calendar. Record extraordinary maintenance, including uploading the technician's report if necessary. View the history of routine and extraordinary maintenance.

- Real-time status
The home page displays an overview of all laboratory instruments with a colored LED indicator: green, yellow, or red. The instrument manager can update the status with a simple touch, instantly communicating the instrument's operational availability (operational, standby, or downtime) to the entire team.

Analytical lines
Each instrument can be assigned one or more analytical lines to provide immediate visibility of performance affected by any downtime.

- Multi-user with roles
Access via laboratory code allows the entire team to consult the documentation for any instrument. Each user can only modify the instruments for which they are responsible. The administrator manages records, users, and analytical lines, and monitors cumulative maintenance and technical support statistics.
