Italiana Mobile is the redesigned Italian insurance app offering streamlined navigation, faster performance, and a suite of mobile-first features for policyholders. Manage and view policy guarantees, premiums, values and graphs; perform actions like suspension, reactivation and renewal; request roadside assistance; open and track claims with adjuster details; schedule agency appointments; and quickly check another vehicle’s insurance by license plate. The app also provides real-time weather alerts (storms, hail, snow) and a searchable directory of agencies, affiliated body shops, and healthcare facilities nearby.

The app includes the "Wellness Italian Style" rewards feature integrated with Health Connect: steps and other tracked activities (running, cycling, devices like Garmin or Polar connected via Health Connect) convert into points that lead to discounts on policy renewals.
