Interscambio

Interscambio is a service for public employees looking for a colleague to exchange work locations with, simply, securely, and free of charge.

It is designed for all sectors of the Public Administration: Central Functions, Local Functions, Healthcare, Education, and Research. Matching is never limited to your specific sector: inter-sector mobility is permitted by law, and the app fully supports it.

How it works:
- You specify your professional profile, your current location, and the locations you'd like to move to (a specific municipality, an entire province, a radius in kilometers, or "anywhere").
- The search engine automatically finds both direct exchanges between two people and chain exchanges between three or four colleagues, when each wants to go exactly where another participant is located.
- You receive a notification whenever a matching offer is found.

Privacy Policy:
During the search, you will only be identified by your nickname. Your name, surname, email, and phone number are revealed to other participants only after everyone has mutually confirmed their interest in the exchange.

After confirmation:
You can track the progress of your mobility application (knowledge, application submitted, authorization, completion) directly in the app, sharing the status with other exchange participants.

Interscambio is the mobile companion to the website interscambio.nizaram.it, which is always available and free.

No data is ever shared with third parties for advertising purposes. The app requires an account to function, consistent with the need to verify the identity of those proposing a work location exchange.
