IN-Code

IN-Code brings the maintenance log to where the work really happens: on-site, in front of the equipment.

Each piece of equipment has its own QR code. Scan it and instantly know what it is, where it is, who worked on it before you, and what they did. No more binders in the van, no more signed sheets that someone in the office has to retype.

WHO IS IT FOR
Maintenance companies, facility management companies, fleet managers, and technical equipment managers. Anyone with large amounts of equipment distributed across multiple sites and the need to prove, even years later, who worked on it, when, and on what.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Scan a label's QR code and instantly open the item's data sheet
• View the complete history of interventions, from first to last
• Record an intervention on-site, with notes and photo attachments
• Record a new piece of equipment and assign it to its current location
• Move an object from one location to another
• Replace a damaged label, preserving the item's entire history
• Work by project and by location, seeing only what has been assigned to you

HOW IT WORKS
QR labels are generated from the web management system and applied to the equipment. From that moment on, the code is the object's identity: whoever scans it, and has the right to do so, sees its history. Every scan and every intervention is recorded with the date, time, and name of the person who performed them. The technician doesn't have to remember codes or search through an archive: all they need is a camera.

DESIGNED FOR THE FIELD
Essential screens, large text, and a few choices at a time. It can be used with gloves, in a utility room, with just one hand.

AN ACCOUNT REQUIRED
IN-Code is the field tool of a corporate platform: to use it, you need the credentials provided by the company that adopted it. Without an active account, the app does not display any data.
