I tried the H On app, thinking maybe we were being migrated to it. It recognised my email from this app, but not the password. I reset my password and logged in, but my washer is unsupported with the H On app. I fired up this app again. On the url error page with this app, click the 3 dots menu top right, click change server, click reset, the app loads in with a different Hoover url. I entered my usual email but used the new password that I set with the H On app. Works now!

app suddenly stopped working, when I try to log in it tells me I have clicked on an invalid url link, very poor, please either fix the url or fix the app.... edit A week later and the issues are still here, very disappointing from such a prominent company get you act together Hoover/Hotpoint/Candy. UPDATE: afterckearing both cache and data app is working again, but no help from the developer

I can't even use the app fully. I log in to the app, select add a machine, connect to machine network then I just get a blank page. I have cleared cache, installed again, tried all usual things, it just times out and says try again. To be fair, it's a washing machine, you turn a dial, press go and let it wash. The app seems pretty bad but I didn't buy the washing machine for the app, luckily.
