Homeleven

Your home works. You keep track of the numbers.

Homeleven manages short-term rental properties on the Ligurian Riviera. If you've entrusted us with yours, this app is where you can see everything that's happening: who's staying, how much you've earned, how the month is going.

FOR OWNERS

• Your monthly rent, updated. With details on how it's generated: stays, expenses, cleaning.
• Your monthly statement, available to read or download as a PDF.
• Your home calendar: who's staying now, who's arriving, which dates are free.
• Want to use the house yourself? Request it from the app and we'll let you know right away if it's possible.
• Something's wrong with the house? Report it with a photo and follow the repairs until completion.
• Argo, the Homeleven assistant, explains the statement in simple terms and answers your questions. When someone needs help, he'll pass you on to our team.

FOR THOSE WHO WORK WITH US

The app is also a work tool for those who take care of homes: property managers, cleaning companies, maintenance workers, and linen management. Everyone logs in and finds their own area, with the daily tasks.

HOW TO ENTER

Access is reserved for Homeleven owners and collaborators: you'll receive your credentials when you begin your relationship. If you'd like to see how it works before entrusting us with your home, open the demo from the login screen: these are sample data; registration is not required.
