My Hera is the free app for Hera Group residential customers that lets you manage all your supplies anytime, anywhere. Log in with your Online Services credentials or create a new account to view bill archives, pay securely online, enable electronic billing and direct debit, perform self-reading, and monitor actual consumption (hourly details available for 2G meters). The app also shows Bollett@Smart details, average water quality values at active service addresses, and provides access to Acquologo and Rifiutologo.

Additional features include locating Hera points, drop-off and EV charging stations on a map, participating in the #genHERAZIONI sustainability rewards program, activating the Consumption Diary, requesting bulky waste collection, submitting environmental reports, and contacting support for contracts or payment assistance.
