FIALS AL

The trade union organization F.I.A.L.S. (Italian Federation of Autonomous Health Workers) was founded in 1972 and soon reached such a level of representation that in 1977 it allowed it to access the national trade union panorama.

FIALS, as the most representative trade union organization, has signed over 15 National Collective Labor Agreements for Health and is present at the negotiating table at ARAN. It is currently the first autonomous trade union for the representation of the personnel belonging to the Health Section, with negotiating power at the National, Regional and Provincial level and is part of the Confederation Conf.S.A.L.

FIALS has been active throughout the Alessandrino territory for many years. With its Managers, Representatives and Trade Union Delegates it has faced important negotiations with great results obtained, and consequent exponential growth in the adhesions of the vast majority of personnel belonging to the Healthcare Sector, up to the great victory of the RSU Elections in 2018: FIRST TRADE UNION IN THE PROVINCE OF ALESSANDRIA .

Today FIALS AL is very well organized and offers its members a range of services, agreements and benefits of no small importance, in addition to the fundamental commitment in the negotiation and protection of workers' rights.
