Features & Capabilities

FarminaGenius is a comprehensive pet health coaching app designed to support the well-being of your four-legged family members through personalized care. Unlike typical apps, FarminaGenius provides unlimited coaching via chat, mail, or phone, guiding you through a dynamic, tailored nutrition plan that evolves with your pet's health, habits, and environment.

The app focuses on monitoring five crucial health indicators: Body Condition Score, Dynamic Nutrition Plan, Water Intake, Urinary pH, and regular Health Checks. By tracking these parameters and collaborating with trusted veterinarians, FarminaGenius helps prevent common pet health issues like obesity, kidney stones, and infections. Additional features include vaccination reminders, vet appointment notifications, and a pet care program registration—all free and easily accessible within minutes, offering your pet a healthier, longer life through expert guidance.

User Reviews

Users mostly report negative experiences with FarminaGenius. The most common complaints are that promo codes work only for the first bag or get rejected, and that receipt and photo uploads fail. Many also say registration asks for too much personal information, including address and pet details. Several report the app crashing or not opening, and say customer support never responds. Some note the codes on packaging are blurry or hard to read, and the app lacks a language option. A few brief reviews are positive.

Pros

Few positive comments overall, and they are brief
Some users find the app convenient
Some users like the free dog food rewards concept

Cons

Promo codes work only once or fail after the first bag, and codes often vanish or are rejected
Registration demands excessive personal data such as email, phone, home address, and pet and vet details, which users find invasive
App crashes, fails to open, or does not work at all on some devices
Customer support is unresponsive when code or receipt problems occur
Receipt and photo uploads are problematic, and printed codes are hard to read

this app is ridiculous. been trying over and over to complete my profile. it asks way too many questions and wants too much information. all I want to do is purchase food.

New rebate program requires you to enter a code in the app. The code is found on the blue portion of the bag typed in blue colored text. Hardly legible, the code didn't work anyway. There is no option to report the exact problem in the app, it just assumes the code is missing, so it asks you to submit a photo of the illegible text. Appreciate this dog food and rebate program very much before the switch to the phone app. Hopefully they can work the kinks out of the system.
