Rexpondo

Some examples of what you can do with the app:
- view user calendars and appointments
- view the details of the appointments and the list of connected tickets
- view the user's queues
- view and filter the list of tickets present in a queue
- for each ticket: see the subject, customer, status, owner, creation date and last modification, if it is locked
- see the details of the conversation of a ticket, i.e. the list of all articles with sender, recipients, text, attachments, date-time of sending
- reply to a specific article of a ticket and change the status of the ticket
