ReMo – Report & Forms is the Android app for Enterprise Lab's Report & Forms service, an integral part of the Segreteria Telematica platform ecosystem (www.segreteriatelematica.it).
The app was created to support companies, operators, customers, and partners in compiling operational reports, recording activities, and managing digital forms. This allows for structured work both in the field and remotely, with data always aligned with the central system.
ReMo – Report & Forms is designed for flexible, cross-functional use. It can be used as an internal tool for operational personnel reporting activities, interventions, or inspections, or compiling electronic reports, but also as a tool for customers or external parties for guided compilation of forms, requests, applications, or paperwork. This dual approach allows companies to centralize operational and administrative processes within a single solution.
Through the Segreteria Telematica web platform, companies can dynamically create customized report templates and forms, replicating their internal documentation, operational records, or forms used in business processes. The templates can be pre-populated with known information and subsequently assigned to employees, operators, or customers for the relevant tasks. Through the web platform, companies can activate accounts for their employees and customers to allow them to use the app.
The app allows users to fill out forms and reports pre-structured according to company-defined rules and constraints. The app's interface is designed to be clear, uncluttered, and usable even in busy work environments. Forms are organized into logical sections and supported by visual indicators that allow users to quickly understand the status of their completion. Colors and views help users distinguish complete information from information that still requires attention, reducing errors and entry times.
For processes that require it, ReMo – Report & Forms integrates advanced management of appointments and operational phases. Each activity can go through different stages, such as proposal, acceptance, notice, cancellation, and execution of the intervention. This feature is particularly useful when there are deadlines, timelines to be met, and a high number of daily activities, such as technical services, field operations, or scheduled operations.
The app supports advanced operational features that enhance the quality of reporting. It is possible to acquire the geographic location of the intervention site, insert photos as documentation of the activity, and collect the operator's and customer's signatures, when required by the configured template. All these features are available only upon user action and based on the needs of the process defined by the company.
For customers, ReMo – Report & Forms is a simple and structured tool for completing digital forms. Customers can submit information, requests, or documents by filling out forms directly from the app, without having to resort to external tools. The information flows into the web platform, where the company can monitor the progress of activities and procedures.
