With the app, you can:

• Request clean linens and extra kits pre-configured for each property.
• Monitor your check-in and check-out calendar and view scheduled services.
• Communicate with the Custodi Appia team via dedicated chats for each request.
• View monthly bills and service history for each property.

Everything is designed to minimize calls and messages scattered across different chats: from requests to invoicing, you'll find everything within the app.

MAIN FUNCTIONS
• Service calendar: See at a glance scheduled cleanings, linen deliveries, and other activities for each property.
• Guided requests: A simple flow guides you step-by-step through submitting cleaning and linen requests.
• Kits and extra products: Select kits related to the property and add extra products when needed.
• Smart notifications: Receive only the most useful notifications, so you don't miss important information.
• Bills and summaries: Check amounts, expense items, and due dates for each request.

REQUIREMENTS
To use the app, you must be a Custodi Appia customer and have the login credentials provided by our team.
