CoSMo4you contains all the useful features for a daily and simplified management of Multiple Sclerosis, both from the point of view of the doctor and from the point of view of people with MS and their families.

Created by Edra, in collaboration with a scientific board composed of neurologists and experts, with the patronage of SIN and AISM, and the non-conditioning support of Bristol Myers Squibb.

CoSMo4you supports you in various activities important for the daily management of the disease:
• ORGANIZE YOUR DATA and DOCUMENTS: Therapy, drugs, reports and all the data of each medical record, finally organized.
• MANAGE YOUR DAY: Calendar, request and organization of appointments, and notifications, always updated.
• KEEP PROGRESS TRACK: Physical activity, movement and mood help you get an accurate picture of the situation.
• STAY IN CONTACT: Through messages, the distances between doctors, patients and caregivers are canceled.

CoSMo4you provides different access profiles with respective functionalities, specifically designed to meet the needs of users:
• PATIENTS: medical records, appointment management, therapy reminder, activity and mood diary, messaging
• FAMILIES AND CAREGIVERS: medical records, appointment management, therapy reminder, activity and mood diary, messaging
• DOCTORS: medical records, appointment management, patient activity diary, messaging

Patients can access the app only upon invitation from their neurologist.
Caregivers are invited to access the app by the patient, who can decide what to share with them.
