Imagining the territory as a space to be designed collectively, as a space of valorisation, protection, development, identity and innovation. “Making an Ecomuseum” means changing the development perspective of a territory, starting from the identification of cultural assets (memories, remains, productions, actions), reconnecting them together, in a continuous process of reading and interpretation, which does not have the “museum display” as its goal, but the creation of a fluid and widespread space. An everywhere that can be traveled and enjoyed freely, without tickets, but precisely for this reason capable of setting in motion unprecedented economic development scenarios.
