Ecohouse

Ecohouse is the official app of Ecohouse S.r.l.s. (Vercelli) for managing the photovoltaic systems, wallboxes, heat pumps, boilers, and air conditioners we install: a single place for teams, the office, and customers.

FOR CUSTOMERS
• Track your construction site: inspection, installation, testing, and paperwork.
• Find your system documents (declarations of conformity, diagrams, manuals).
• Chat with the office or team and receive a response in the app.
• Create your account independently and connect your system with your practice code or your name.

FOR TEAMS AND MANAGERS
• Daily activities, calendar, and assigned construction sites.
• Checklist of photos, construction site documents, and list of materials to load onto the van.
• Hours worked, absences, and vehicles.
• Push notifications for new requests and messages.

FOR THE OFFICE
• New requests and pending clients, team assignments, construction site closures.
• Documents automatically archived to Google Drive.
• Messages with clients, with control over who reads and responds.

Access is reserved for Ecohouse clients, collaborators, and staff: staff receive an invitation from the office, while clients can register directly from the app.
