Cooki Mobile is the operational extension of the Cooki software. Designed for maximum usability in the field, it allows you to manage your account's food information directly in the kitchen or warehouse, streamlining work and eliminating wasted time.

1) RECIPE VIEWING AND RECALIBRATION: Instantly view recipes created in the software and recalibrate quantities on the fly. Simply enter the desired final product weight and the app will automatically recalculate the exact proportions of all the necessary ingredients. Perfect if you need to re-proportion a preparation based on remaining raw materials!

2) PRODUCTION AND TRACEABILITY WITH PHOTOS: Manage production and traceability completely independently. The real revolution? Take a photo of the product or raw material label and the system records the batch. If a production is assigned to you by your manager, you'll find it ready in the app as a convenient to-do list to check off step by step.

3) PRODUCTION CALENDAR: Keep an eye on your workflows. View planned and assigned productions on the calendar to always know, day by day, what needs to be prepared in your lab.

4) PRINT HACCP LABELS: Create and print HACCP labels directly for internal storage and traceability of your semi-finished or finished products.

5) INVENTORY LOADING AND BARCODE SCANNING: When goods arrive from suppliers, simply scan the barcode with your camera to load them into the warehouse. In just a few seconds, enter the number of kilograms received, the batch, and the expiration date into the system. Additionally, you'll have an Expirations Dashboard to monitor expired or expiring products, improving visual control of your stock.

6) AUTOMATIC INVENTORY UNLOADING: The warehouse unloads automatically based on production: if you prepare recipe X that uses ingredient Y, the system scales the quantities. And what if a raw material deteriorates or gets lost? You can unload it manually with one click.

7) SUPPLIER ORDERS: Place your supplier orders directly from the app while you browse the shelves, without having to return to your computer or use loose sheets of paper.
