The BariUnica mobile application brings together all the online services offered by the Municipality of Bari to citizens in a single accessible tool. This is a complete catalog of municipal portals and applications, which also includes a direct reporting service to the URP.

Easy to consult, the Homepage reports the overall index of digital platforms that the Municipality of Bari makes available online to citizens. It therefore acts as a single entry point to the Administration's digital circuits, through sorting and quick search functions on all content relating to the services.

The App is interactive to the extent that it allows citizens to report any inefficiencies or situations requiring attention. It is also possible to specify the geographical position via a street map and attach a photo.

By filling in the appropriate Form with your personal data, the interaction starts a processing process at the competent group of the Municipality which takes charge of it, generating the relevant notification.
