Borgo di mare is the first of the (many) names attributed, over the centuries, to the nucleus of fishermen's houses that lies at the foot of the Aragonese Castle, now known as Ischia Ponte.
This name contains our history: we are a group of fishermen and former fishermen, born and lived in Ischia Ponte, which today is mainly dedicated to assistance to pleasure boating and cultural tourism, to better appreciate the naturalistic beauties of visitors. and the historical and cultural heritage of this unique corner of our wonderful island. Il Borgo di Mare is today - in addition to a virtual showcase of our activities - also an info point located in the heart of the historic center where you can get information on how to spend a day in contact with nature and book an excursion.

ISCHIA BARCHE is a cooperative of 10 fishermen founded in 1988 to combine fishing with pleasure boating assistance. We can take care of your boat for a fast and safe mooring or make one of our boats available to make excursions by sea, with or without a sailor; or accompany you - always by sea - to small coves, restaurants or bathing establishments. If, on the other hand, you are in a hurry with the fast transfer service we can take you to any location on the Campania coast or the Pontine archipelago.

MARINA DI SANTANNA.<br><br>ISCHIA ABOVE AND BELOW THE SEA<br>The Marina di SantAnna is made up of the sons of fishermen from the Ischia Barche cooperative. It was born in 2002 to support Ischia Barche in its activities but above all to offer tourists cultural entertainment with guided tours by sea and by land. The boys of the Marina di Sant`Anna are also personally involved, since 2011, in an underwater archeology project, which has become the flagship of the company with the discovery of the ancient Roman settlement of Aenaria which lies six meters away. deep in the Bay of Cartaromana.

M.EDU.S.A s.r.l.u. by Alessandra Benini was born at the end of 2017 from the previous experience of the owner who works in the field of cultural heritage - and in particular in the underwater archeology sector - for over thirty years, with the aim of using the experience acquired in the field in the sectors the protection and enhancement of cultural and environmental heritage, as well as in the teaching sector with teaching activities on historical-archaeological and environmental issues.
However, the Company also carries out work activities of terrestrial and underwater archaeological excavation, consultancy for the Evaluation of Archaeological Interest (Article 25, Legislative Decree 50/2016) in the field of public and private works.
In 2018, he also carried out environmental research work on Posidonia oceanica prairie - Marine Strategy for the Kingdom of Neptune Protected Marine Area.
