ComuniCare is a dedicated app that enables users to receive alarm messages and relevant information from municipalities utilizing the SMSPA application. It serves as a vital communication bridge allowing citizens to stay informed about civil protection alerts and other important municipal announcements. Users can register with multiple municipalities of their interest including residence, work, or vacation areas.

The app leverages Google Cloud Messaging to deliver notifications even when not actively in use, ensuring timely alerts. ComuniCare maintains a history of the last 20 messages for user reference. It ensures data privacy by only accessing minimal information required during registration such as name, mobile phone number, and address, with optional contact details. This extension promotes efficient, secure, and accessible communication between citizens and their municipalities.
