l'app funziona bene, se non fosse che molte volte è in manutenzione e non si può accedere al conto per ore o addirittura giorni. Nonostante ciò, l'app funziona abbastanza bene ed è affidabile nel più dei casi. Sono cliente da quasi 2 anni e U30, che significa conto a Zero spese, quindi punto in più per questo BNL.

App orrenda. Bancomat pay non funziona mai. La carta non si può essere per ricaricare carte terze non BNL. Continua apparire in App un messaggio per aggiornare non so quali dati, ma da app non si può e dovrei stare ore al telefono con chissà chi è chissà perche. I bonifici Ordinari, oltre a a quelli istantanei, sono ancora a pagamento.
