they make you complete an elementary quiz but forget to inform you about the crucial red zones where the vehicles shut off. my scooter work for a while and the Red Zone then stopped completely so I had to walk it back to the nearest town and take a taxi back home. also, it wouldn't let me rent a bicycle even though I had uploaded my license and that's not even required for bicycles
