BesteHR

BesteHR is the app for the people who work at Beste. It fits in your pocket and answers the
questions that used to force you to come into the office: how much vacation time do I have left, what shift I have
on Thursday, where's the March paycheck, who has the lounge at 3:00 PM.

YOUR HOURS
You clock in and out from your phone, or find them here if you swiped your badge at the
turnstile. Your day is easy to see, and if a session is still open, the app
will let you know instead of closing it secretly.

VACATION, LEAVE, AND ABSENCES
Request vacation, leave, ROL, or remote work and follow the request as it's signed.
The remainder is always in front. Whoever approves has their own queue, with the calendar of those who are already
out on those days.

PAYSLIPS
All your payslips, from the most recent to the oldest, to open and save whenever
you need them.

SHIFTS
Your department's week, as soon as the manager publishes it, with changes and notes.

MEETINGS AND ROOMS
You call a meeting by selecting people by department or name, reserve the meeting room or
vehicle, respond to invitations and see who responded to what.

TRAVEL, EXPENSE REPORTS, AND UNIFORMS
Open a travel report, attach receipts, request your size. Everything stays linked to the
file, without loose sheets.

SHIPMENTS AND TRAVEL
For those who drive: assigned deliveries, the travel sheet with the stops, the delivery note
and stops added along the way.

CANTEEN
You order lunch by the morning, from the weekly menu.

CHAT AND COMMUNICATIONS
Write to a colleague or your department, receive circulars from the HR office and
notifications of anything concerning you—a signed request, a changed shift, an invitation.
You can report a message and block anyone you don't want to message you.

THREE LANGUAGES
Italian, English, and Chinese.
