Red Valley Festival is the official app dedicated to the Cashless experience of the eponymous event, taking place on August 13, 14, and 15 at the Olbia Arena (Olbia, SS – Sardinia).

The app allows you to quickly and easily manage all the features related to the Red Valley Festival Cashless system. Attendees can create and top up their Wallet (digital wallet) directly in the app to avoid queues at the ticket counters and make payments throughout the three days of the event using only the personal bracelet they will receive at the entrance, without requiring cash or cards.

The app centralizes the main functions dedicated to the event's audience, offering a practical tool for managing the Cashless system and quickly accessing essential information related to the live experience.

With the app, you can:
- Create and manage your account;
- Access your personal Wallet (digital wallet);
- Easily top up your Wallet balance;
- Transfer the balance from your Wallet to the Cashless bracelet that each attendee will receive upon entry, using the quick link function in the app;
- Check your available balance and past transactions;
- Request a refund for any remaining balance after the event ends;
- Get useful information about the event;
- Request technical assistance for the Cashless system.
