NutriVita

NutriVita is the free AIOM app designed to help you manage your diet more consciously, with a particular focus on nutrition in oncology.

The app helps cancer patients, caregivers, and people interested in nutrition monitor their daily diet, nutrient intake, personal parameters, and symptoms that may affect their diet.

During an oncology journey, eating habits can become more complex: appetite, taste, weight, nutritional needs, and tolerance to certain foods can change. NutriVita was created to offer a simple and useful tool for gathering information, monitoring nutritional intake, and accessing reliable nutrition content.

With NutriVita, you can:

record the foods you eat throughout the day;
calculate calories;
monitor macronutrients such as proteins, carbohydrates, and fats;
record weight, height, and other useful parameters;
note symptoms and personal notes;
complete nutritional questionnaires;
consult educational content on diet, nutrition, and myths;
Generate PDF reports to share with your healthcare professional.

NutriVita includes useful questionnaires to gather information on nutritional status, quality of life, symptoms, and other relevant aspects of your diet.

The food diary allows you to track calories, macronutrients, foods, and food combinations. Calorie counting can be customized based on your parameters, helping you better understand your nutritional progress.

The app also includes insights and quizzes designed to better understand the relationship between diet, health, and cancer nutrition.

NutriVita also allows you to generate a report with the information collected in the app, such as questionnaire responses, nutritional data, recorded foods, symptoms, notes, and indicators useful for discussion with your healthcare professional. The report can be shared with your clinical nutrition specialist, dietitian, or other healthcare professional.

NutriVita's content, food database, and information features have been reviewed and validated by the Italian inter-society working group "Nutrition in Oncology," coordinated by AIOM, with the aim of providing reliable information appropriate for the oncology nutritional context.

NutriVita is useful for cancer patients, caregivers, family members, individuals who want to monitor their diet, and anyone who wishes to share nutritional information with their healthcare professional.
