Nap Control

Nap Control is for people with a Wear OS watch paired to an Android phone. Track nap time on your wrist: power naps, catnaps, and other short, intentional breaks happen on your wrist — tile, complications, detection, and end reminders. On your phone you set duration, nap window, AutoNap, and advanced options, then sync to the watch. Without a Wear OS watch linked to your phone, the main experience is not available.

Nap Control helps you schedule nap time, power naps, catnaps, and short rests so you wake up refreshed instead of groggy.

On your watch, you can:
- start a power nap or catnap with a couple of taps
- add two complications on your favorite watch face:
- Nap Countdown: shows remaining nap time, or detection phase before nap starts
- Nap Window: shows your configured nap window and opens Nap Control on tap
- add the Nap Control tile for at-a-glance status (nap, detection, countdown) and open the app in one tap
- use complications as quick glance widgets without opening the app
- get gentle haptic feedback when the nap ends
- keep nap detection visible as an ongoing activity notification

On your phone, you can:
- set your default nap duration and daily nap window on the home screen
- open Advanced features to tune automatic detection, AutoNap, wake-based nap end, and optional paid plans — then sync with your watch
- adjust vibration behavior where available

Detection and health: nap and rest-related detection uses Nap Control’s proprietary detection model on your watch (movement and related signals). Nap Control is not a medical device — it is not for diagnosis, treatment, or clinical monitoring. Optional paid extras add convenience and control for people who want more.

Nap Control is designed for short, intentional breaks (power naps, catnaps, quick rests) – not for medical monitoring or sleep diagnosis.
