- It offers a variety of helpful tools for coping with PTSD, including progress tracking, soothing music, pictures, meditation exercises, and daily inspirational quotes.
- The app is user-friendly and easy to navigate, even for users who are not tech savvy.
- It provides immediate support during crises, including quick access to crisis hotlines and grounding techniques.
- Privacy and confidentiality are well-protected, giving users peace of mind about their personal information.
Cons
- The audio quality of ambient sounds is sometimes poor or the sound feature does not work as expected.
- The user interface is outdated and could benefit from modernization for better user experience.
- Some tools are perceived as overly simplistic and not tailored enough, especially for non-military or civilian PTSD cases such as CPTSD.
- Users felt that the app sometimes pushes crisis line contact and assessments excessively, which can feel repetitive or burdensome.
- The app lacks personalized coaching or more interactive, advanced therapeutic features, and some users found it less helpful compared to professional therapy.

Helped me calm down when I was having my hallucinations and to better understand the science of what I was going through.

honestly these questionares these days are so limited in their ability to recognize all forms of PTSD. I remember all my 47 years of trauma without losing it. I can't work or get along with people. I'm homicidal at time and suicidal all the time. the damage done by PTSD is still there. my hype sensitive nervous system has seen two complete mental breakdowns in a year. So many vets have CPTSD also. it needs to adress the symptoms and issues of chronic or complex PTSD more.
