What is Steam Design Tools?
Steam Design Tools is a Chrome extension that allows you to preview and enhance the background and showcase design for Steam profiles. It enables you to store and apply personal profile backgrounds, including those from the Steam Market and your inventory. With this extension, you can also replace local images in the showcase for real-time preview.
