Non technical testers are able to quickly create and report bugs, containing everything a developer could need to quickly and accurately sort a bug. The fact we can attach Jam's so quickly to a Jira ticket is fantastic. Easy to use, genuinely useful and saving us hours and hours of precious dev time.
