This company is using manipulative "dark patterns" to take money from users. I was recently hit with an unauthorized deduction of $49.99 for an "AI Tools Package" that was never transparently declared or explicitly agreed to during my sign-up process. What makes this incredibly alarming is that the transaction was processed silently in the background without any OTP verification or secure authorization gateway.
