2026-08-13	Ru*****	So I haven't had the chance to even use this yet beyond making an account and it's already tried to phone home to Google servers via Play Protect at least 5 times in the past few days when not in use. I've blocked the app's attempts to do this because that's creepy, unnecessary and not something I knowingly consented to, please revise your code to do one-time hardware authentication instead (or preferably, have it not authenticate at all). I'll increase the star rating if you fix this.

2026-08-12	Ja*****	This app gives an UNBIASED evaluation of most products in the grocery store, whether you are seeking nutritional info or counting calories. If you pay for the deluxe version (it's peanuts) you can look up products for recommendations. It's impacted our buying habits tremendously. If our daughter is buying something she shouldn't (she's a dietician) she warns mom off with a "don't yuka my yum" if I try to scan it Did I mention that it's UNBIASED???? AND there are NO ADS!

To go one step further, the app will give you better alternatives for similar products. And if the app takes issue with additives that it deems dangerous (red dot), it gives you a button to send an email to the manufacturer to ask them to take it out. I don't grocery shop without it.
