Android App is terrible, it doesn't even send push notifications, you'll end up missing messages when customers are live on the website because you won't even know they're there. Seems like a rather pointless app when you can't even get live notifications when they're happening. No real notifications settings. App needs a lot of work. Very disappointed with the app overall because of that.
