TrustLink Delivery

ABOUT THIS APP
TrustLink Delivery is a workforce app for authorized delivery drivers who work with Trust-Link in Singapore. Use it to manage your shift, view assigned medicine-delivery jobs, follow stop-by-stop routes, and confirm pickups and deliveries in the field.

This is NOT a customer shopping or food-ordering app. You cannot place orders here. Access requires a driver account issued by Trust-Link / your dispatcher.

WHO IT IS FOR
• Trust-Link delivery drivers with an approved login
• Field staff assigned WhiteCoat / Trust-Link medicine delivery routes in Singapore

KEY FEATURES

1) Sign in & account
• Secure driver login
• Driver registration / sign-up when invited by your operator
• Change password when required by policy

2) Shift attendance
• See available shifts
• Clock in to start work and clock out when finished
• View recent attendance history
• Pickup and delivery confirmation require an open (clocked-in) shift

3) Jobs & route stops
• View today’s assigned jobs on the home screen
• Open a job to see the stop list with status (in progress, failed, success)
• Refresh jobs and stops from the server when online

4) Maps & navigation help
• Open the route map for a job (Google Maps)
• See stop locations and route guidance provided by the backend
• Use location while working a shift (when permission is granted) to support proximity checks and ops tracking features enabled by your operator

5) Pickup confirmation
• Open a pickup stop from the route list
• Select consignments (tap or barcode scan where available)
• Confirm pickup completion so status updates for dispatch

6) Delivery completion
• Open a delivery stop and complete the delivery flow
• Use PIN / verification steps when required for the stop
• Capture proof photos when the flow requires them
• Record a failed delivery with the reason when you cannot complete the stop
• View completed stop details after submission

7) Offline-ready sync
• Continue working when signal is weak—actions are queued on the device
• Automatic sync when connectivity returns
• Sync status visible in the app so you know what is still pending

8) Support & profile
• Open in-app support / operator contact when configured
• View and update profile details available to drivers

PERMISSIONS (WHY WE ASK)
• Camera — proof-of-delivery photos and barcode scanning
• Photos — attach images from your library when needed
• Location — confirm delivery proximity and show your position on the map; background location only when your operator enables driver tracking and you grant permission
• Notifications — job and operational alerts when push is enabled

IMPORTANT
TrustLink Delivery is provided for business use by Trust-Link. Feature availability (maps, push, tracking) may depend on your operator’s configuration and device permissions.
