More personalized coaching: To get the best possible guidance, you can, with your explicit consent, share your training and activity data imported from Health Connect directly with your personal coach. This helps your coach monitor your endurance, training commitment and daily activity, which allows for even more accurate and personalized support.

We use Health Connect data only to provide the core functions of the app and personal coaching. You control your data: you can manage the synchronization and cancel it at any time in the app settings. Your data will never be sold or used for advertising.
