Lta make it very clear, they do not like you, they do not want to hear from you, they certainly have no interest in providing a good service to you. Give them your money and go away.

Does not work. Despite installing and reinstalling a number of times on both a mobile phone and a tablet, trying many, many times both on home wifi and via my mobile connection, I do not receive a verification code despite the app saying one has been emailed to me. It hasn't been. So, I can do nothing. Impossible to access tickets.
