Ballistics Insight

Ballistics Insight solves the trajectory for your load, rifle and the day's conditions: the drop and wind hold at every distance, in MIL or MOA, with time of flight, velocity and energy.

SOLVE
• G1 and G7 drag models, with automatic zeroing at your zero distance
• Temperature, altitude, humidity, and pressure as either station pressure or the altimeter setting (QNH)
• Wind speed and direction from a wind dial, with optional wind shear
• Spin drift, Coriolis and Magnus effects, each one switchable
• Holds read off your scope's reticle
• Several loads compared on one chart
• Shot spread and hit chance: see where shots land when velocity, BC and your wind call are uncertain
• Downloadable BC correction tables for common calibers, used offline

WEATHER METERS
• Read temperature, pressure and humidity from a supported Bluetooth weather meter, plus wind speed from meters that measure it
• Read once, or keep the conditions updating while you shoot

YOUR DATA
• Loads, presets and shooting logs, with an approximate location on a log if you allow it
• Optional sign-in with Google or Apple to sync across your devices
• Send a load or a card to another shooter
• No ads and no tracking. Without signing in, your loads, logs and cards stay on your device.

PRO: A ONE-TIME PURCHASE, NOT A SUBSCRIPTION
• DOPE range cards: confirmed-hit drop charts for every load you shoot, exported as PDF
• Import ballistic profiles from other solvers
• Truing: fit your rifle's real muzzle velocity and BC from drops you measured, or from the crosswind that pushed you, and solve with them. Your first 5 truing fits are free.
