1. Download Therap.io® onto your smartphone or tablet and register as a patient
2. Get the patient key (8-digit number code) from your therapist. If you enter this in Therap.io®, you will receive the exercises that your therapist has selected for you
3. Only when you and your therapist are connected, he can assign exercises to you in Therap.io®
4. Through the assigned exercise photos and videos, you know exactly how your exercises work
5. Set up reminders for each exercise that will remind you and help you make constant progress
6. Work on your training plan together with your therapist
7. Once a day, Therap.io® asks you about your current pain level
8. In addition, you can give your therapist feedback for each exercise
