the fog feature does not work

App is glitchy. I can't control or review the timelapse camera. The water sensor in the device is not working, or there is another issue that prevents the app from controlling the fog functionality. The shop in the app just takes me to the main page of the website so it's impossible to buy more grow cakes. Support is both unresponsive and unhelpful. Overall, awful experience, which is too bad because I really wanted to love this...
