Dory - Certificate (RSA/CSR/x5

Dory Certificate Manager lets you create and manage RSA private keys, generate X.509 certificates and CSRs, and handle PEM, DER, and PKCS12 formats. Inspect files without importing, and use private key or PKCS12 passphrase tools to simplify secure handling. ROOT CA support and self-signed certificates are included.

It supports multiple RSA key lengths (512–4096 bits), digest algorithms (MD4–SHA512), and ciphers (DES3/AES family), plus custom X.509v3 extensions. The ROOT CA can sign certificates or you can import your own; built on OpenSSL 1.1.1a with a native binary. Ideal for SSL/TLS servers/clients and VPNs, with no internet access and no user data collection; back up keys locally.
