Sugar Sense: Blood Sugar & CGM

Sugar Sense is a blood sugar tracker and diabetes management app that brings your CGM glucose to your Android phone in real time, watches it around the clock, and alerts you, and the people who love you, the moment something needs attention. Type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes, prediabetes or gestational: connect a CGM for real-time glucose monitoring, or log blood sugar readings manually from your glucometer.

CONNECT YOUR CGM
Connect the account you already have: LibreLinkUp (FreeStyle Libre 2 and 3), Dexcom Share (G6 and G7) or your own Nightscout site. Our servers check your glucose about every 5 minutes, day and night, even while your phone sleeps, and push every reading to you. Nothing new to wear, nothing to calibrate.

BLOOD SUGAR ALERTS THAT REACH YOU
Low, high, urgent low and urgent high glucose alerts, each with its own sound and cadence. A predictive low alert warns you around 20 minutes before a forecast low so you can act early. A missed-readings safety net tells you when your data stops flowing. An urgent low can sound a full-screen alarm at night and, with your permission, break through Do Not Disturb.

SHARE WITH FAMILY, NO ONE WORRIES ALONE
Invite the people you trust to your Care Circle for remote glucose monitoring. They see your readings live and get copies of your urgent alerts. A parent can watch a child, a partner can check in without asking. Following is free; the Family plan shares premium with up to 6 people.

YOUR DIABETES LOG
A LogBook for meals, carbs, insulin doses, medication, activity and notes, next to your glucose readings. Supports mg/dL and mmol/L. Snap a photo of a meal and the AI food scanner estimates the carbs (3 free scans, then premium). Your Usual logs your routine meals in one tap, and a free Morning Report sums up your night.

STATISTICS, A1C ESTIMATE AND DOCTOR-READY REPORTS
Time in Range, GMI (estimated A1C), average glucose and variability show where you stand between lab tests. Export your diabetes diary as a free CSV, or hand your doctor a clinician-ready PDF report (premium). AI Insights explain your glucose patterns in plain language (premium).

Sugar Sense integrates with Health Connect for free: write your glucose for other health apps, read sleep, heart rate and workouts to enrich your insights, or use Health Connect as your glucose source if your meter writes there. Health Connect readings never trigger alerts; alerts need a connected CGM.

Your safety net is free forever: live glucose monitoring, all blood sugar alerts, Care Circle following, My Foods, CSV export, Your Usual, Morning Report, widgets and Health Connect. Premium adds the AI food scanner, AI Insights, Call for Low (a real phone call when you go low and do not respond), the Wear OS app, the ongoing notification, calendar sync, unlimited medication reminders and the PDF report.

Sugar Sense is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It is a supplemental information tool and must never be your only way of seeing your glucose or detecting a low or a high. Always keep using your CGM reader or receiver and its built-in alarms, and consult a healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Sugar Sense is intentionally dose-free: it never recommends insulin doses.

Real-time monitoring and alerts require a compatible CGM (or a Nightscout site); manual logging works without one. Not compatible with Dexcom One.
