Turp Health Monitoring

TURP Health Care is a remote health tracking and communication platform for adults and healthcare professionals.
The app works in two modes: professional follow-up (for licensed providers) and individual self-tracking. TURP can function with or without external medical devices. Some advanced measurements require compatible Bluetooth hardware; other features work fully standalone.

Professional Follow-Up (For Healthcare Providers)

Authorized clinics and licensed professionals can manage patient follow-up through:
• Patient list, profiles and clinical dashboards
• Vital sign history when sent from compatible devices (heart rate, BP, SpO₂, temperature, glucose, ECG)
• Medication schedules, adherence tracking and visit reminders
• Secure messaging between patients and care teams
• Upload and review of medical reports, images and documents
• Management of institution staff roles (doctor, nurse, operator)

Individual Tracking (Works Without Devices)

Adult users can use TURP without any hardware:
• Manual entry of health measurements (BP, weight, glucose, pulse, etc.)
• Medication reminders and personal health schedule
• Daily activities, symptoms and notes
• Storage of personal medical documents
• Educational content and health information prepared by professionals

Device Connectivity (Optional)

For users who have compatible medical devices, TURP can receive measurements from:
• Bluetooth ECG devices
• Blood pressure monitors
• Glucose meters / CGM systems
• Pulse oximeters and other approved vital-sign sensors
These features require compatible hardware. The app does not perform measurements on its own and does not use mobile phone sensors for medical functions.

For Healthcare Institutions

Healthcare organizations can use TURP to configure follow-up programs, manage staff roles and securely access shared patient data. Data flows respect institutional permissions and regional privacy regulations.

Privacy & Data Protection

• Health data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• Only essential permissions are requested (e.g., Bluetooth, notifications)
• No data is sold or used for advertising
• Access to medical information requires account authorization

• TURP does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease
• Information shown in the app is for documentation and communication only
