Not as easy as advertised...

I can't seem to save the obj files after they have been scanned and rendered. I can view them but it only allows me to see a link to view them. I have paid the yearly fee 2 times now. last year I only used it a time or two. Tried it again this year and can not get it to save the file in a obj file that I can load up in Blender. It just sends a text file url upload path in the file name. I have tried several times to find a fix for this but still no show on Spectre3d part. It needs to
