The ShopFan app offers different features depending on the type of user you create.

FOR MERCHANTS
Build customer loyalty without having to sign up. With ShopFan, customers simply enter their number on your tablet at the checkout or scan a QR code.
- Quick customer onboarding without having to leave their email address or name. This allows ShopFan to engage an average of 17 times higher than traditional loyalty programs.
- Continuous rewards with small in-kind rewards or discounts offered by the store.

FOR INDIVIDUALS
You can participate in the points collection without installing anything or registering. Simply check in with your phone number at one of the participating stores and you'll receive a link to check your account via a web app. By installing the free app, you can also:
- have the app always at hand without having to retrieve the link sent via SMS;
- provide more details about yourself to get more benefits;
- grant or withdraw consent to the use of your personal data at each store;
- earn points by inviting friends.

HOW IT WORKS
- Each customer who approaches the checkout is prompted by a tablet (or a QR code) to check in by entering their phone number, which is anonymized from the merchant's eyes.
- The cashier enters points on their device for each euro spent.
- If this is the first time the customer checks in, they will receive a link that opens a web app where they can check their account and participating stores.
- With each subsequent purchase at the same store, the customer accumulates points that are matched to their phone number.
- Once they reach the required number to redeem one of the store's rewards, the cashier will hand it over, subtracting the corresponding points.
- Each customer can collect points at multiple stores, but their points will remain tied to the store where they originated. For example, 50 points in store A and 80 points in store B.
