Working with your health care practitioner, the Shift Health Center App provides you access to a customized health and wellness plan and enables you to keep track of everything you need to follow the lifestyle recommendations your practitioner has designed specifically for you.
The app includes valuable resources and smart features to help improve your results:

● Lifestyle plans and educational information, including the nutritional value of foods, meal plans, recipes, and videos.
● Nutritional supplement scheduling — so you know what to take and when to take it.
● Electronic journal for keeping track of key health changes or reflections.
● Automated reminders — so you never have to worry about forgetting anything again!
● We’ve integrated with Google Fit and Fitbit so that you can automatically import your steps, sleep, blood pressure and other data from your favorite health and fitness tracking devices right into the app.
