This app rarely works. It is frustratingly slow to use, the jobs ont update correctly so we have the wrong jobs showing constantly. Once a job has been moved it will stay in your diary and not update until the day after the job was due. Sometimes doesn't close jobs or put follow ups in correctly. Then everytime Shepherd push out an update, it stops working completely for a few days and Shepherds solution is we have to uninstall and reinstall this app constantly. Please avoid this app!

Man, this app is infuriatingly slow. It's like its on dial up or something. Makes it almost unusable. I keep telling my work to change to a different service app, because this is ridiculous. I know for a fact there are better apps out there. Just terrible and clunky. I would not recommend this app to anyone. Service Box and Service Titan are much better apps. They need to fix the bugs to keep their existing customers.
