Click Forgot passcode and follow the prompts to reset your passcode In the Account -> Security -> Passcode -> I forgot my passcode -> it goes to FAQs? -------- Update: reached company admins and they were able to reset the pin. App works fine after that!

2024-04-09	Ur*****	Often when I have to input amount I get lower half of the screen blocked by white field that cant be removed except with going back (back arrow) on the phone which deletes all the work previously done. Catch 22. Update 24-04-09 when entering time in per-diem it gets reduced by 2 hours when I enter it... E.g. 19:30 becomes 17:30. Interface is still difficult to use, half screen is blocked by date/ammount/kilometers. Customer support doesnt work so well...

2023-02-15	Ma*****	Obsolete way to verify identity of user. SMS sent from Pleo are blocked by the phone since recognized by operator as "SMS subject to fee". Call center not useful to solve promptly the problem. Probably the app is making life easier, but not for users.

2022-10-24	Ti*****	This app is for improving the convenience of finances for employers and employees. The app consistently crashes, receipts take a long time to upload, and when they fail in uploading (which is often) it doesn't notify you and doesn't locally save the image. You end up binning a receipt and losing that history due to the apps inconsistency. Very convenient indeed.
