2024-02-12	A *****	Update: lots of freezes & glitches and now I'm noticing big finance charges or transfers are missing from tracking data. Contact of support stopped working... Very very frustrated. Update: love this finance planning app. Really great to have everything in one place. Has helped me stay on top of my finances. Worth every penny. Support team is very responsive ---- A fantastic financial budget management application. Also great for seeing things at a glance

2023-03-11	De*****	CS is non responsive. I've been having trouble syncing my payme account since the beginning of this 14 days trial, but to date I could not get any help in this regard. It's 3 days until the trial ends. Not paying for this.

2023-01-01	Sh*****	Very glad to see such an innovation in HK! It is exactly the App I need! However, too many bugs, no updates, no customer service... No matter what, I hope you can survive, and I will keep my subscription as long as I can to support.

Recently, technical support service has rapidly deterioted with many messages going unanswered. Scheduled sync does not run daily and certain accounts would fail. I do not expect it to run perfectly all the time given the platform is at the mercy of the many institutions it has to support but support communication used to be much better. I've been a user for 3 years so very disappointed...

2021-10-29	Da*****	Is/was a good app, compared to other more complex options in the market. Good choice of bank feeds (no HK virtual banks, at time of writing). Used this app for c. 1 year, but after about 6 months started to notice discrepancies in the insight figures. Upon inspection, noticed a number of transactions automatically extracted from bank feeds were disappearing. Messaged support but they have little interest in solving this. Good app spoiled by an annoying bug and poor, uninterested tech support

If I need to pay $58 per month at the same time I am risking such important data (spending history, bank account, asset), I probably won't use it. I have used the app for a year. It gives me some convenience on managing my cash flow, but it isn't really adding value to me. It's not a matter of willingness to pay or not. It's all about the risk consumers bear and the value consumers receive.

2020-07-21	KC*****	I don't understand why used third party ROM will be considered as Jailbroken. At least for my example OnePlus 3T firmware officially EoL, so I used LineageOS. This is more safety than current official one caused security patch than I used independent quarantine tool checked was safe. The last one most important, I partially understand no keep data as this situation. But I really don't need new installed Wizard every single time even I just siwtch to another app within few seconds. Hope to best

2020-07-04	Sa*****	OK I get it, you need to make money. It would be better to tell people right up front before they sign up with passwords and PIN what the deal is - instead of finding out before their first input. Uninstalled it and walked.
