Pazarus PKDS

Pazarus PKDS is a personnel application developed for field, warehouse, production, and technical service teams of businesses using the Pazarus infrastructure. Team members perform their daily tasks from their phones, while managers manage approval and tracking processes from a single location.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Tasks
List, start, and complete tasks assigned to you. Check off checklist items individually, add notes and photos, and report excuses for delays. Managers can delegate tasks and approve completed work.

• Working Hours (QR + Location)
Enter and exit by scanning the QR code at your workplace. Thanks to location verification, working hours are only recorded within the defined workplace boundaries, and the time worked is automatically calculated.

• Requests
Create general, improvement, or production requests. Your request is forwarded to your assigned manager; track the approval, rejection, and forwarding to the senior management steps through the application.

• Assignments
View the fixed assets and materials delivered to you and review the delivery history. Managers can create assignments and track recurring assignments with due dates.

• Warehouse Transfers
Create a transfer request between warehouses. After double approval from the source and destination warehouse managers, follow the dispatch and delivery steps; each step is recorded in the audit trail.

• Technical Service
Open a service slip, scan the device serial number with QR code, enter the diagnosis, record the quotation item and payment, mark the box contents during entry and final inspection. Document the process with photos and share the tracking link with the customer.

• Team Performance and Notifications
Managers view the team performance summary. New tasks, approvals, and reminders are sent as instant notifications.

PERMITS

• Camera: Used to scan the work schedule QR code and device serial number. • Location: Used only during work schedule recording, for workplace boundary verification. No location is collected or tracked in the background. • Photo and Gallery: Used to upload tasks, service slips, and profile photos. • Notification: Used for task, approval, and request notifications.

ACCOUNT REQUIRED

Pazarus PKDS can only be used by personnel of businesses that have a Pazarus account. Your login information is defined by your company manager; registration cannot be done through the application. It is not an application for personal use.
