Great program. I highly recommend it. It is well set out and easy to use. They offer great support. It has really helped me with my claustrophobia and has allowed me to approach more areas in my life rather than avoid them. So far, the videos have not made me anxious, but they are still helping desensitise me to anxious settings in real life.

This app has a lot of potential, though I personally didn't find the exposures stimulating enough to heal my anxiety. If this was available on a high resolution VR device it would probably be more effective. It's definitely worth trying it out for a month to see if you would benefit from it.
